目前國(guo)內無紙面石膏板(ban)生(sheng)產線(xian)的自動化程度(du)還未實現,現處于(yu)手(shou)動和半自動水(shui)平,受自動化水(shui)平的限(xian)制(zhi),國(guo)內的無紙面石膏板(ban)的質(zhi)量和產量均不能滿足市(shi)場(chang)的需求;為了解決以(yi)上存(cun)在的問題,本(ben)設(she)備提供了一(yi)套自動控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統;其所(suo)采(cai)用(yong)的方案是:該(gai)自控(kong)(kong)系(xi)(xi)統包括中(zhong)央控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)室、溫度(du)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)、配料工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、成(cheng)型工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、切斷工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、橫向輸送工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、烘干工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、各個工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)之間通(tong)過 MELSCNET/H 網絡(luo)系(xi)(xi)統環網連(lian)接,構(gou)成(cheng)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)網絡(luo)層(ceng);各工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)通(tong)過 CC-LINK 網與(yu)智能控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)設(she)備、變頻器連(lian)接,構(gou)成(cheng)現場(chang)網絡(luo)層(ceng);生(sheng)產控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)采(cai)用(yong)分布(bu)(bu)式(shi) PLC 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)系(xi)(xi)統, CPU 模塊選用(yong)西門(men)子 S7-300,現場(chang)I/O 模塊采(cai)用(yong)西門(men)子 ET-200S,人機界面 HMI 為西門(men)子 WinCC。各控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)和上位控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)中(zhong)心 SCADA 通(tong)過冗(rong)余工(gong)業以(yi)太網相(xiang)連(lian),從而實現生(sheng)產過程的集中(zhong)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)和實時數據統一(yi)管理(li)。設(she)備級(變頻器、分布(bu)(bu)式(shi) I/O 等(deng))采(cai)用(yong)現場(chang)總線(xian)通(tong)訊。電氣控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)設(she)備主要包括 MCC 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)、PLC 控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)柜(ju)、SCADA 操(cao)作(zuo)(zuo)員站(zhan)(zhan)、現場(chang)各類檢測元件。
