目前國內(nei)無紙面(mian)石膏板生(sheng)產(chan)線的(de)(de)自(zi)動化程度(du)還未實現(xian),現(xian)處于手動和(he)(he)半自(zi)動水平,受(shou)自(zi)動化水平的(de)(de)限制(zhi)(zhi),國內(nei)的(de)(de)無紙面(mian)石膏板的(de)(de)質量和(he)(he)產(chan)量均(jun)不能(neng)滿足市場的(de)(de)需求;為(wei)了解決以(yi)上(shang)(shang)存(cun)在的(de)(de)問題,本(ben)設備提供了一套自(zi)動控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統;其(qi)所采(cai)用(yong)的(de)(de)方(fang)案是:該自(zi)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)系統包括(kuo)中(zhong)央(yang)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)室、溫(wen)度(du)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)、配料工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、成(cheng)型工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、切斷工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、橫向輸(shu)送工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、烘干工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)、各(ge)個工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)之間通(tong)過 MELSCNET/H 網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)系統環網(wang)(wang)連(lian)接,構成(cheng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)層(ceng);各(ge)工(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)站(zhan)(zhan)通(tong)過 CC-LINK 網(wang)(wang)與智(zhi)能(neng)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)設備、變頻(pin)器連(lian)接,構成(cheng)現(xian)場網(wang)(wang)絡(luo)層(ceng);生(sheng)產(chan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)采(cai)用(yong)分布(bu)式 PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系統, CPU 模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)選用(yong)西(xi)門子(zi) S7-300,現(xian)場I/O 模(mo)(mo)塊(kuai)采(cai)用(yong)西(xi)門子(zi) ET-200S,人機(ji)界面(mian) HMI 為(wei)西(xi)門子(zi) WinCC。各(ge)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)站(zhan)(zhan)和(he)(he)上(shang)(shang)位控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)中(zhong)心 SCADA 通(tong)過冗余(yu)工(gong)業以(yi)太網(wang)(wang)相連(lian),從而實現(xian)生(sheng)產(chan)過程的(de)(de)集中(zhong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)和(he)(he)實時數據統一管理。設備級(ji)(變頻(pin)器、分布(bu)式 I/O 等(deng))采(cai)用(yong)現(xian)場總(zong)線通(tong)訊(xun)。電氣控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)設備主(zhu)要(yao)包括(kuo) MCC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)柜、PLC 控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)柜、SCADA 操作(zuo)(zuo)員(yuan)站(zhan)(zhan)、現(xian)場各(ge)類檢測元件。
